At Integrel Solutions, we are working towards continuous improvement. We apply this to our Integrel product set and the support systems built around those products.
As part of this improvement, we have implemented a SUPPORT SYSTEM to help give customers a better support experience.
Integrel Support requests will be routed to our Engineering Support team and dispatched to the right, available engineer to ensure you get fast answers to your questions.
Customers, Distributors and our OEMs need to open a Support Ticket.
The email will be automatically processed into the ticketing system. All engineers who are supporting our products will receive that email from the support system, which will contain your details and most importantly a Ticket Reference Number. A member of the support team will then respond to your request promptly.
We feel this will greatly improve our ability to help with any support related requests and will create a place where any support requests can not only become a greater priority but also have maximum visibility to all members of our engineering team.
We kindly request anyone requiring support to NOT email existing contacts directly, as this could delay them receiving support. Our engineers will not respond to direct requests.
